Spinach Forte

2 Pkgs frozen spinach (thaw & squeeze out water) and chop fine
6 slices white bread-torn into small bit-sized pieces
½ Cup Olive oil
1 Cup Milk
6 Eggs-beaten
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Onion-chopped fine
2 large cloves Garlic - minced
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Italian Dressing

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Use smaller pan for thicker squares.

Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until firm.

When cool, cut into small squares.

Good warm or cold!!!
