Horseshoe Cookies
4 cups Flour
½ cup Sugar
1 cup ground Nuts
1 lb Butter-salted
3 oz Rum or Brandy
Blend all of the above together.
Use 1 teaspoon full of batter & shape like horseshoes.
On an ungreased cookie sheet, bake @ 350F for 30-35 minutes until slightly browned.
When warm, sprinkle with powdered or regular sugar.
